All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via DHL’s next working day delivery service. Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday, will be received the following working day. Orders placed on the weekend, or after 1pm in the week, will be received in 2 working days.

Outside UK mainland, orders are shipped via Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ and can take 1-3 working days. Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Delivery time estimate: 1-2 working days UK mainland (DHL), and 1-3 working days (Royal Mail) beyond UK mainland.

We deliver to the following European countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City.

Additional European countries not mentioned are served by our ROW delivery service. Our orders are shipped from the UK. Deliveries within the EU are VAT inclusive and you will not have to pay customs and duty on your order. For countries not in the EU, you may be liable for customs and duty charges. Please contact your local customs office for the relevant charges, as these charges are outside of our control and must be paid by the recipient.

We use Fed-Ex for all US & Canada orders, on a fully tracked service, and work closely with them to ensure your order is received promptly.

Our Rest of the World delivery serves all of Asia, Africa, South America and Australia, as well as Ukraine & Mexico. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Russia and Indonesia.

Please contact your local customs office for the relevant charges, as these charges are outside of our control and must be paid by the recipient. The price you are charged by 1205 excludes tax. We use DHL or Fed-Ex for ROW orders, on a fully tracked service, and work closely with them to ensure your order is received promptly.

 

Delivery time estimate: 2-4 working days (with some Remote Island exceptions, and subject to clearance from local Customs beyond our control). Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

 

DELIVERY & RETURNS

 
 

DISPATCH TIMING OF ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of the order being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday. Please note that during busy periods and during sale, this is not always possible and we regret we cannot make amendments to purchase once ordered.

 

USING A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address.

 

IF YOU AREN’T IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES

Our delivery courier will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

 

IF THERE ARE DELAYS

We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we will email you as soon as possible and advise you of the new delivery arrangements.

 

DELIVERY COSTS IF YOUR ORDER COMES IN TWO DELIVERIES

Even if your order arrives in two packages you will only pay one delivery cost for your order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.

 

REPLACEMENT FOR NON-DELIVERED GOODS TO US, CANADA AND REST OF WORLD

In the event that an order delivered to US, Canada or Rest of the World regions does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order but this can be difficult with postal deliveries. Where there has been no delivery beyond 21 working days, we will process a replacement order.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried the garment on or not. Worn garments that show signs of wear will not be accepted. Some of our garments have return tags and the return will not be accepted without this tag. We will give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don’t refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement. 

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order, which includes a guide to the cost of postage and a detachable label with our address on it. Please complete and enclose the Returns Form indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

If you no longer have the packaging slip, just send us a brief note with your name, address, postcode and contact number. Make sure you tell us whether you would like an exchange or refund. It would also be helpful if you could tell us why you are returning the item so that we can improve our service.

(If you are returning a gift, please remember to include the buyer’s name and address as well as yours.)

When you return goods, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

If you are returning goods from outside of the UK, ensure that the parcel and any paperwork attached to it are clearly marked as ‘returned goods’. This will avoid your parcel being held by local customs and possibly incurring duties which we do not pay and may result in the package being returned to you.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer from finding out.
